Scorecard for professional services firms
Answer 12 short questions about how your firm finds, wins, prices, bills, and keeps clients. You get a one-page map of where revenue slips away, and the stage to fix first.
Built for firms doing roughly $100K to $5M a year that sell expertise and time: accounting, law, consulting, agencies, engineering, IT, and similar practices. Plan on about five minutes. Answer for how things usually go, not how they go on a good week.

Your Revenue Leakage Map
Book a discovery call to walk through your map, the stage you would start with, and whether fractional CMO support fits your firm. If a simpler fix makes more sense, we will tell you.
A conversation about your situation and whether we are a fit. It is not a free audit, and booking is optional -- your map and next moves are yours either way.
Each of the 12 questions has four answers scored 0 to 3, two questions per stage. A stage score is the average of its answers shown as a percent: 75% and up is Holding, 45% to 74% is Dripping, and below 45% is Leaking. "Not sure" answers are left out of the math, and the stage is flagged as a blind spot. Your overall score is the average of the six stages.
The stage to start with is the lowest-scoring one. When stages tie, the one closer to payment comes first, because fixing it does not depend on finding new clients.
This is a planning tool built from your own answers. It does not measure dollars lost, and it is not a validated industry benchmark. Use it to decide where to look first.
